When we use the word "Organizer" in this Privacy Policy, we mean event creators who use the Services to produce events for consumers who use the Services to (a) consume event information or attend events ("Consumers"), or (b) for any other reason. Organizers, Consumers, and third parties who use our Services are all referred to as "Users," "you," or "your" in these Terms. 2. Our Privacy Statement.

2.1 Application.

This Privacy Policy outlines our policies regarding information collected from Users on or via the Services that can be associated with, pertains to, or could be used to identify a person (“Personal Data”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Data. As a result, we've developed our Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully because it contains crucial information about your Personal Data and other data. As used in this Privacy Policy, "non-Personal Data" refers to any information that does not identify a person and/or cannot be used to identify a person. We may gather Non-Personal Data when you engage with the Services.

We may gather Personal Data when you use or interact with us through the Services. This will be done on our own dime in order to put on an event. This distinction is critical for the purposes of some data protection rules, and it is addressed in greater detail below.

Information you give us: We gather Personal Data from all Users when they voluntarily supply it to the Services, such as when they register for access to the Services or contact us with questions. Your name, address, email address, and any other information that you choose to supply and/or that enables Users to be personally recognized are examples of Personal Data that we may collect. We also collect certain technical data supplied to us by the computer, mobile device, and/or browser via which you access the Services ("Automatic Data"). We will collect extra Personal Data from you if you are a Consumer, sometimes for our own purposes and occasionally on behalf of an Organizer

4. How We Use Your Personal Data.

We collect and use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy laws. We may use the Personal Data as follows:

4.1 Specific Reason.

If you provide Personal Data for a certain purpose, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the purpose for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.

4.2 Access and Use.

We will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to or use of the Services or any functionality thereof, as well as to evaluate your usage of such Services or functionality, if you supply Personal Data in order to acquire access to or use of the Services or any feature thereof. We are not in the business of selling your personal information to other parties. This information is a critical component of our connection with you. 5.2 Business Transfers.

We may sell or purchase businesses or assets as our company grows. In the case of such an incident, we may also share your Personal Data as part of our due diligence. You agree that any successor to Blink (or its assets) shall have the right to use your Personal Data and other information in line with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

5.3 Agents, Consultants and Service Providers.

We may share your Personal Data with Blink's contractors and service providers that process Personal Data on our behalf to fulfill business-related tasks. Our marketing agencies, online advertising providers, data enhancement and data services providers, database service providers, backup and disaster recovery service providers, email service providers, payment processing partners, customer service, tech support, hosting companies, and others are among the companies we work with. We may supply them with information, including Personal Data, in connection with their fulfillment of such duties when we hire another firm to do so.

5.4 Legal Requirements.

We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, a court, or a government agency (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements), or if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect or defend our rights, interests, or property, or (c) prevent or mitigate harm to our or third parties' rights.

6. How We Store Your Personal Data.

We may store Personal Data ourselves, or we may transmit it to third parties who will store it in line with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data acquired through the Services against loss, misuse, unauthorized use, access, unintentional disclosure, modification, and destruction. No network, server, database, or Internet or email transmission, on the other hand, is ever completely secure or error-free. 7. How You Can Access, Update, Correct or Delete Your Personal Data.

If a Consumer initiates a data deletion request, Blink is authorized to delete or anonymize Personal Data of the requesting Consumer from the Services even if that means removing its availability to the Organizer through the Services. However, if you are a Consumer, you understand that even if Blink deletes or anonymizes your Personal Data upon your request or pursuant to this Policy, your Personal Data may still be available in the Organizer's own databases if transmitted to the Organizer prior to Blink receiving or taking action on any deletion or anonymization activity.

8. Cookies, Pixels Tags, Local Shared Objects, Web Storage And Similar Technologies.

As described above, we don’t use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we only use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. 9. Your Choices.

You have several choices available when it comes to your Personal Data:

9.1 Limit the Personal Data You Provide.

You can use the Services without submitting any Personal Data (save to the extent that Automatic Data is deemed Personal Data under applicable legislation) or with limited Personal Data. You may not be able to access some features of the Services if you opt not to give any Personal Data or restrict the Personal Data you provide.

10. Exclusions.

10.1 Personal Data Provided to Others.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data that you provide to another User or visitor through the Services or through any other means, including to Organizers on event pages or information posted by you to any public areas of the Services.

12. International Privacy Laws.

Please be aware that if you access the Services from outside the United States, you are transmitting information (including Personal Data) to our servers in the United States. Depending on the type of information and how it is maintained by us, it may be moved within the United States or back out of the United States to other countries outside of your place of residence. These countries (including the United States) may not have data protection regulations as extensive or protective as those in your home country; nonetheless, this Privacy Policy will always govern our collection, storage, and use of your Personal Data.

13. Changes To This Privacy Policy.

From time to time, the Services and our business may change. As a result, we may need to make modifications to our Privacy Policy from time to time. We retain the right to alter or change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion (collectively, "Modifications"). Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site and the "Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated. Blink may, but is not obligated to, give you with further notice of such Modifications, such as by email or in-Service alerts, in certain situations. Modifications will be effective thirty (30) days following the "Updated" date or such other date as communicated in any other notice to you. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services following the effectiveness of any Modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those Modifications. If any Modification to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, you should cease accessing, browsing and otherwise using the Services.
